Indraneel Hills

The land

Indraneel Hills is a single continuous holding of 400 acres at Katar Khadak, in Mulshi taluka. It runs from the shoreline of Katarkhadak Dam up a slope to a level plateau on the hill top, with Khamboli Dam close by.

The estate falls into three characters of land. The Water’s Edge, about 200 acres, has direct frontage on the reservoir. The Slopes, about 100 acres, rise behind it and look down over the water. The Plateau, about 100 acres, is flat ground on the hill top with the widest outlook of the three.

Hinjewadi Phase 3 is about 12 km away, and the western section of the Pune Ring Road, now under construction, passes 4–5 km from the land.

The land is being taken to residential use. Work planned includes NA conversion, internal roads into all three zones, water and electricity to plot level, and boundary and shoreline landscaping. Plots will be released zone by zone, starting with the shoreline. All of this is proposed and subject to approvals.
